My Approach
Discover
Before developing solutions, I aim to understand the problem space through discovery and research methods such as qualitative interviews, usability testing, card sorting, behavioral analytics, and more.
Design
I follow an iterative approach to design, starting with low-fidelity explorations and then iterating and refining the best versions. As the work progresses, I actively seek feedback early and often, all while keeping a focus on the accessibility and scalability of the design.
Lead
I like to promote the spirit of human-centered design to stakeholders, teams, and collaborators through storytelling and workshops - bringing everyone into the process while guiding the design toward an ideal solution which is beautiful and usable.
